Disturbances @ East Coast Chalet

On Youth Day holiday, my colleague and I organised a chalet function down at East Coast Chalet. We rented the chalet for three days two nites.

Well the function runs smoothly. On the first nite, most of our colleagues stayed overnite and thus Lela Anjani, her boyfriend and me and my fiance decided to sleep in our tents at the beach instead.

The following day, most of our friends went home leaving we two couples to spend the remaining days together. We had fun during the day. In the afternoon, my fiance and I were tired so we went upstairs to sleep. Lela Anjani and her boyfriend watched TV in the living room. After that we had another barbecue.

Nite came. Lela Anjani and her boyfriend slept in the bedroom while me and my fiance slept in the living room.

It was almost to 1 am but my fiance was not sleepy yet. I was extremely tired. After asking permission from him to sleep, I went to slumberland leaving my fiance to watch the motor cross show on the TV.

Not long after I woked up with a jerk. I felt a sharp slap on my thigh; as if someone was trying to wake me up. Instinctively, I looked at my fiance but he was having his back on me a few metres away and he was eating and watching TV at the same time. He could not possibly have beat me and then get back to the position he was in now cause he is far away.

To ease my beating heart, I asked him when he is going to sleep. He turned around; shocked to see that I was still awake.

I went back to sleep.

Knock…Knock..

I heard the knocks on the back door which I was facing. My heart thumped fast. I recited some prayers. The more I recite, the faster my heart beats. I was scared but did not want to wake my fiance up. I just hug him and prayed to Allah that whatever it was would not continue to disturb me or my fiance.

The following day I told Lela Anjani of my experiences. She told me that her boyfriend was unable to sleep too. He claimed that the room was hot and stuffy ( it was air-conditioned, for goodness sake! ). Lela Anjani thought that her boyfriend was joking as she was feeling cold instead.

We got ready to set off and checked out.

The next working day, we told our colleagues of our experiences and know what!! They felt a presence too. On the first nite that we did not sleep in the chalet, one of our colleagues baby was crying for a long time. He stooped wailing only after one of us read the holy verses thrice and blow at the baby’s face.

Gee..I thought only we were disturbed, they were too. Man, were we scared..but fortunately the thing did not show itself. That will be the last thing that we can accept…

Pasir Ris Chalet

It was during the November or December school holiday in 1998. It was our organization outing. They rent for us two bungalows, one for the girls and one for the boys. It was our second nite stay when we saw this things…

We were resting ourselves outside our bungalows after our barbequing and dinner. We were so tired therefore we left all the thing and decided to clean up the next morning.

While we were resting, one of our frens suggest that we have the ghost story sesson that nite. We all agreed and start gathered around to listened to the ghost stories one after another. It was quite fun and scary too. Especially when some of the boys make a joke out of this ghost story.

It was around 1 am when suddenly all of us felt the cold breeze was different and even some of us were started shaking. One of my fren looked around and saw a “white figure” sitting on a brance of a big tree. She told us and some of us who were brave enough tried to look for it. They saw ‘it’ and later they saw some of “its” at some of the brances. Then one of the boy decide to end it by reciting some prayers and asked us to go to sleep.

While inside, the galz who sleep downstairs feel the cool strong wind from the under door. As for my sis who slept upstairs felt that something calling out her name.

Next morning, my fren check her video cam. Suddenly she saw those “things” that she accidently record it. We saw it too and want to make a copy of it. The next few days, they told us that the tape was gone. She have searched the whole house but still couldn’t find it. Were could it be? Nobody know until now…

Sleepwalker

If anyone of your friend is a sleepwalker out there, you better be careful coz’ I what gonna tell you may scare you …

This happened to my ex-boyfriend about five years ago in East Coast during our chalet with all our dirtbike friends which we call ourselves ” Dare Devil Riders” …. K not to waste time this was how it happen….

It was around 11.30 pm I was barbequing with my bro Joey when I notice Fen(my ex) woke up with a jolt and just walk out of the door. At first, I thought he was just hungry and woke up to eat but when joey talk to him, he just stare ahead of him. I felt a sudden cold wind and keep a look out on him when I realised some thing was wrong, coz he kept walking towards the sea and I just ran after him and calling out his name but there’s no answer at all..

By the time I reached by his side, he was already in the water about knee deep. I tried to pull him back but he won’t. His eyes was open but the kind of a blank look well you know what I mean. Fen was 1.91cm tall and I’m 1.58 cm so you could roughly imagine me trying to pull him back but he was just too strong and we are already reaching to my shoulder deep and I’m freaking out and sreaming for my other members to help me. By the time they ran out I’m getting deeper in to the sea but thank God Joey and three others came in fast one of the put over a white shirt over Fen’s face and recite some prayers before he just past out and the other get me out of the water.

Once back at the chalet, Fen’s just kind of wake up and say “Why am I wet?” When we told him what happened, he was shoched and say that he was dreaming that a lady in white was calling out to him and he enhancted by her voice and did not realised the danger he was in. If no one noticed him … he could have died…Thank God he is still alive ………

So be careful if any of your friends are like him. Don’t take it for granted to those people who are always sleepwalking coz some of us believe sometimes its the disturbence of the other side world ………..

Honeymoon at Tioman Island

This incident truely happen to me and my hubby on the 14th of August at nite and that is the first and the last place we’ll go again.

This incident happen at Salang Village in one of the Tioman Island village. Having a thought that we would want to have a pleasure at kampung enviroment so we went to this place.

Upon arrival at the place, we noticed that the chalets build was situated on the hill and it was in staggered manner. The first place that we went is to Salang Village Restaurant to have our lunch first before checking in the chalet. Food provided by them is moderate.

After that, we went to survey around for available chalet and we came across one of many chalet which is build near the sea. It was called RASA SAYANG CHALET. We decided to check in the chalet, we went to the recep counter and was advised by him that there is only 1 chalet is available which is not near the sea but actually behind of the other chalet. We agreed and take a look at the chalet, with no other choice we decided to stay in the chalet for 1 nite first. After settling down all our things, we went out for a stroll and wonder the island. After feeling tired, we decided to stop at the Salang Village Restaurant again to have our dinner and later went back to our chalet which is about 2230hrs.

Quite suprising that the place is soooooooooo quite and there is not much people around the chalet. We took a rest outside the beach for a while and then back to our chalet. At about 2400hrs, we went to bed.

Then, the nightmare start. I had a very bad nightmare. In my dream, came 2 ladies with an envelope. These ladies hand over the letter to me and i am quite surprise as i do not know this 2 ladies nor i know the sender. The sender’s name is Wati. When i opened up the envelope, i saw a long letter together with Human’s skin, i was soooooo shocked and quickly asked this 2 ladies who is this person? One of them told me that this lady by the name of Wati is already DEAD. This make me even scared, and not long this wati popped infront of me. The 2 ladies ran away except me who i shivering and trying to pray but my mouth is sealed. Then wati came nearer and nearer to me and i tried to struggle for help and suddenly was awaked and saw the watch strike at 0110hrs. My husband who is beside me awake and ask me what’s wrong with me. I refuse to tell him and i can only tell the story tommorow. He said okay and ask me to go to back to sleep again. After having that nitemare, i could not go back to sleep but tried to close my eyes, suddenly i feel that somebody is sitting on the bed(spring bed)trying to be brave, i partially open my eyes and to my surprise, I saw that “THING” (PONTIANAK) sitting near us and combing her hair. I was so scared that the only thing i can do now is to really close my eyes and pray. About 15min and then when i partially open my eyes, the thing is gone. I quickly awake my husband and ask him to switch on all the light and also inform him not to sleep. Looking at my pale face, my husband stayed beside me but a while later, he knock off. I really did not sleep and look at him.

Suddenly i saw him guttering his teeth and hugggggg tight. I am very scared and quickly wake him up thinking that he is being processed or what. Luckily he woke up and told me that someone grip him tight. Both of us did not sleep that night till dawn. We heard someone scratching something behind our chalet, trying not to show that we are frightened, we start a conversation.

At 0530hrs, the noise disappeared. We quickly took a bath, pray and went for breakfast. After breakfast, we quickly packed our things and left the chalet for good.

So guys BEWARE OF GOING TO SALANG VILLAGE if you intend to bring your family for holiday.

Blk G

ecided to rent a chalet at Pasir Ris Down Town East. On the very first night all my relatives and friends came to have fun there.

At about 1.00 am, one of my cousin had decided to play hide and seek. Luckily it was raining heavily that time, so we all decided to stay indoor. At that time, only kids were left in the room, so my cousin told us stories about ghost and stuff… Every moment we spent, we recorded them on video camera. When the tape has run out, we decided to rewind it and take a look on what my cousin have took. Everything seems to be normal until there a shot when my cousin took a shot at my sister while she was about to drink some water.

Suddenly!!! Behind my sister just behind the back door, there is a figure called “pochong” that can be seen clearly but it dissapeared in a few second as if the thing noticed that we had took his picture… The image was so clear except for the face. Till now, the tape is still be kept in my house. But even then, i don’t even dare to look at it again….

East Coast Chalet

This incident happened for the past 5 years and on that time, I was only 18 years old. I was very excited on that day as my friends and I (5 gals) together planning for the chalet, our meeting place were at my house cause all the preparation was done at my house but unfortunately, two of my friends couldn’t make it as they had to work. We still had to go cause we had already pay for our stay for 4 nights. To cut it short, when we reached at the destination…everthing was fine, we put our belongings and getting ready to go for a swim. On that time was only half past 5, we went back around 7. We were exhausted, and after a bath, we planned to play cards..It was a boring night cause there was only two chalets were occupied but the other one is right far ahead… At about 10:00pm, we could felt how deserted and quiet night, we could only heard the singing of crickets and lizards..

We were really tired, we were about to sleep when there was someone knocking our door…When we opened it, there was two young couples asking about their friends chalet but so far that we had noticed that there was only our chalet and the other one was occupied by a chinese family..but they we asking for a malay gal name whom they claimed that was their friends…It was weird..

We went back to sleep when suddenly there is a loud thud sound that came from the roof top. We did not bother that much and we continuing to sleep, then we heard someone throwing small pebbles at the kitchen window, we still did not bother that much..and then the scratching sound which come from the kitchen’s window, we also heard a sound-like animal like a duck…quek…quek…One of my friends told me that it is her(pontianak) from the soft sound-like duck it change to a high pitch screeching sound which made our hair stood up, cold sweat dripping down all of us. We were terrified by that sound. I was shivering cause this is my first experience..Luckily our doors and windows were locked and the windows were covered with curtains…We still heard the eerie sound and the most unforgetable night was when it fly around our chalet and the door…There was someone banging at the back door trying to break opened..Luckily, we knew some prayers…we utter some prayers together hoping to get rid of that thing. Everything when back to normal after that..

At about 6:00am, I told my friends that it was already 6:00(as malay belief that at 6:00am, this creature gone as they were terrified and couldn’t bear to hear the morning prayer) but there was the creature. This time, it made a very loud screeching sound..It was a nightmare to us as we did not get to sleep till 10:00am.

So gals out there, don’t go out to chalet especially on thursday and not all gals maybe mixed with guy is much safer and better..

East Coast Ghost

Hi everyone well…this happened to me and my friend some years ago…when we are still in our secondary school days. Well my class had a gathering at east coast. Our barbeque pit was near to the chalet. So everyone was enjoying ourselves…when my friend and i decided to go home. It was only about 8pm at that time. As we think that it was still early, we decided to take the short cut home as both of us stay in bedok.

Well after i’ve experienced what i’m going to tell you later, i realised that ghost appear even as early as that. OK here i go….My friend and i was walking and chatting when i saw that the sand was extremely smooth that day, so i told my friend,”Hey..look at the sand, its smooth and beautiful.” I don’t know why but my friend scolded me for saying these. Well i was shocked and i defended myself..telling my friend why can’t i say that the sand is beautiful. At that time my friend’s face was pale. Then she asked me “Did you see what i see?” Well the way my friend talk kind of spook me. I turned to where she was looking and saw a lady in black, lying on the sand..with her face glowing..looking at my friend. I told my friend to keep quite and keep on walking. The scariest part is that the thing followed us. You see my friend was having her menses and some people believe that these that these things like girls having their period.

Well it followed us and i can hear the leaves rustling above us and i can really feel her presense flying above us. Well it followed us quite a distance..Untill now i still don’t understand where the thing has gone to..and lucky for us, it has not harmed us in anyways.

Radiohead

It occured a few days back when i was at our local chalet. Our block of chalet was adjacent to a themepark which was..well, very convenient for us who’re always craving for adrenaline rushes our youthful blood.

The night was humid. Only a slight sudden breeze could be heard. We were sitting outside the chalet as our parents already occupy the huge bed. It was nothing at first till we started scaring each other with our ghostly experience.

For your information, there’s one stretch of chalets not being rented out as it was confirmed that “someone” is staying there and would disturb anyone who was there. Well, its true. There’s a lady who can transform herself into something else.

Okay, back to the story. We got to know a guy at the beach and he had invited us to his chalet that night. It was kinda strange because his room was decorated. Much to our surprise that his room was like his own personal room. He keeps old stuff. You know like old radio…old skool’s stuff. He’s a party animal so there was loud songs being played. As the time goes by… we were already tired and bushed after partying. There were no alcohols though.

Somehow…later in the wee hours…the radio was being played. No one was up that night. And who could it be… The radio should be manually switched on. You know..old stuff…had to be done manually. As there were no remote controls… Who could it be… No one was up… And the guy…he didnt even stay there.. As for the place…We really had no idea..where were we actually..

East Coast Chalet

Okay, this incident is when i was about 13 years old. My family decided to go on a chalet at east coast beach. As my cousins and me were very naughty, we went for a swim at the beach. My aunties and uncles didn’t let us go but we insisted.

We headed back to the chalet at about 11pm at night. We took a good bath and went to sleep. We had our own room as we booked for 2 chalet bl

Suddenly, at about 4am to 5am in the morning, one of my cousins shouted from the other room. We didn’t bother him that time as we thought that he had a nightmare. But the shouting continued and continued until my mother was upset. She went to the next room and asked my cousin what had happen. And you know what?! He said that there’s a woman without a head. And the head, she was carrying it.

My cousin told me too that the ghost told him to hold her head. Thats why he shouted. We asked him to sleep with us in our room. And the next day, we went home. So, becareful of east coast chalets. I think the ghost had followed my cousin back to the chalet from the beach.

Fiona?

This happened to me during 1996 at my first girlfriend’s class chalet. Me and my ex-girlfriend likes to play with pen-spirit(Bi Xian). We played it frequently and nothing happends to us until i joined her class chalet…

There were the whole class of students attended the chalet. So, on the first day evening, we all went out together to have dinner. After dinner, the rest went to play bowling and only 8 of us including me and my ex-girlfriend, returns to our chalet.

It was around 8pm where we got nothing to do. So, my ex-gf and i decided to play the pen-spirit while the rest of the 6 watched us. We managed to invite a female ghost. Her name is Fiona and she was 19 years old. I couldn’t remember what i asked her but the light in the kitchen suddenly blow out. We were very scared that we didn’t invite her back and just run back to our room on the second storey. (2 storey chalet, you see.) And the pen and paper was left there.

Maybe it was due to technical fault that the light blow out. So we were not that scared. We hid in the room and play cards then. Soon, the other group came back from bowling and they all joined us in the room telling ghost story but we didn’t mentioned about the light blow. I was also sure that each and everyone of us is inside the room and none of us is at the first level living room.

After telling some ghost story, this girl Daphne, went to the ladies by herself on the first level. Nobody accompany her and she went alone. Then we continued our ghost story and when she came back, she asked if any of the girls went to the living room. We all said no. But Daphne claimed that she heard a female voice singing and talking at the living room.

Spooky isn’t it? We were all very puzzled and scared since no one was in the living room, where did the sound came from? Then i recalled back about the pen-spirit, i played with my ex-gf. Being the eldest there, i held my gf’s hand and we both went down to the living room and re-invite the ghost.

We managed to invite the same ghost cos we did asked her name and she responded that she was the same girl, Fiona. We apologised to her for our foolish questions and invited her back. Then my ex-gf and i tore the paper and pen and threw it away. Everything is back to normal.
